Walk On

Walk On is free walking group run by LivingGrief at St Elizabeth Hospice.


Open to anyone who has been bereaved. 

45 - 60 min walks in Ipswich and surrounding areas.  


Friendly group meeting every 2 weeks at different locations in East Suffolk.   

Usually have coffee and cake after walks to chat.

A wellbeing help and social support group,

every Tuesday, 09:30 ‐ 13:00​

These sessions are to encourage men to talk about their mental health and wellbeing and find resources to help support them.
